Ibrahim Hussein has been charged with first-degree murder and multiple firearms offenses, including possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and unauthorized possession of a firearm. Hussein Hussein faces charges of accessory after the fact to murder and obstruction of justice. Both men are currently remanded in custody and are scheduled to appear in court on May 11, 2025.
